Jannis manages all partnerships related to the vehicle and its associated subsystems at the Urban Air Mobility Division of the Hyundai Motor Group. He is responsible for working with external companies across the world and other businesses within Hyundai to enable the Engineering team to have access to the best technology through long-term partnerships. In addition, Jannis oversees all innovation activities of the Hyundai UAM division.   Previously, he was a leader in McKinsey’s Aerospace & Defense practice, serving as an aerospace industry expert and touching over 100 different client engagements. In addition, he was part of the founding team of McKinsey’s Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Hub and in charge of all Urban Air Mobility (UAM) initiatives of the McKinsey Center for Future Mobility (MCFM).   Jannis holds a B.Sc. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University in Delft and two M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
