Ines is an expert for mobility and sustainable innovative mobility. As managing director of AEM, she consults and trains companies and municipalities in the field of transport and mobility to achieve diversity with a special focus on gender but not limited to it. This includes the work culture as well as the users.
She wrote her PhD-thesis at the Technische Universität Berlin about the gender mobility gap when it comes to innovative mobility offers, and works towards implementing the findings into practice.
Ines has an interdisciplinary background (transport planning, sociology, public administration) leading to a holistic view on the topics of mobility, transport and society.
