Gloria Bouillon is the Director of Beverly Regional Airport as well as an Incident Commander, commercial pilot, aircraft owner, speaker and aviation expert who builds strategic alliances with federal, state and local agencies to effectively improve airport infrastructure and regional economic development. She is a dedicated leader who uses a visionary approach and effective communication to build consensus with stakeholders and the community. She has led two airports to comprehensive infrastructure development through stakeholder engagement and collaboration with key decision makers. Previously, as an aviation planner, Gloria Bouillon developed airport plans, facility design requirements, capital improvement plans, environmental impact assessments, and statewide economic impact studies for airports. She remains passionate about the aviation industry today and is very interested in developing young professionals and women in aviation through STEM programs.
