Mr. Frank Muehlon serves as President of ABB's E-mobility Division and has over 25 years of global experience in the automotive sector and electrification.
Mr. Muehlon is leading ABB’s E-Mobility infrastructure business since 2017, and between 2014 and 2017 he was leading the Modular Low-Voltage Devices business, and was Managing Director of ABB STOTZ-KONTAKT, which develops, manufactures and sells products for the electrical equipment and automation of buildings, machines and systems. Prior to ABB, Mr. Muehlon was at Robert Bosch GmbH (“Bosch”), a global leader in automotive engineering and technology. He was leading Global Business Units of Bosch, Electrical Drives from 2008 to 2013, managing multiple automotive product lines including electrical power-steering motors, new intelligent engine-compartment and gear/clutch actuators, motors for eScooters, and automotive thermal management systems and components. Prior to that, he was the Regional President, Automotive Electronics of Bosch in China, where he held P&L responsibility and oversaw the build-up of the Automotive Electronics division locally.
Mr. Muehlon holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (Master) from Technische Universität Darmstadt/Germany.
