E-bikes, pedelecs and classical bicycles form one of the new IAA MOBILITY’s main themes. Over 50 exhibitors will present their latest models – and you can try many of them out for yourself! The IAA MOBILITY guarantees an exciting insight into the mobility of the future on two or four wheels.
The interest from the bicycle sector is huge. At the IAA MOBILITY over 50 exhibitors will be presenting their products, ranging from e-bikes and pedelecs to classical bicycles and mountain bikes. So more will be on offer here than at some specialist trade shows. The large Open Space Extended halls B5 and B6 will host everything to do with bikes. Here, from Tuesday (Sept. 7/9 a.m.) to Sunday (Sept. 12/6 p.m.), you canfind out about the latest trends, topics and products in the bicycle industry. For this you will need an Experience Ticket.
The list of participating manufacturers reads like the “Who’s Who” of the two-wheeler industry. There will be numerous options for young and old to put the latest bikes through their paces on the trade fair grounds. The Open Space Extended will have an extensive bike circuit covering 4000 m², where visitors can try out new models on several different test tracks. One of the highlights will be the Mercedes-Benz Mountain Bike Experience. Visitors will also be able to take a safe-driving training course on e-bikes and pedelecs, which is sure to interest older bike fans as well. The outdoor section of the exhibition grounds will be open from September 7 from 9:00 to 18:00 h every day during the IAA MOBILITY.
Many testing options will also be on offer in Munich’s city center during the IAA MOBILITY – and visitors can choose between four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles. Hofgarten and Marstallplatz will be the starting points for 20 renowned bike manufacturers to offer test rides on their latest models under everyday conditions – absolutely free of charge.
Taking a ride is child’s play. You don’t have to register in the app, or even buy an IAA ticket. A valid ID card is all you need – it will be kept at the manufacturer’s stand as a security while you take a tour on the bike, e-bike or pedelec of your dreams.
