Open Space Extended – The B2B2C area at IAA Mobility

In response to strong demand for Open Space locations, we are creating more B2C exhibition space with a segment-specific, thematic context: Open Space Extended.

This B2B2C area on the exhibition grounds is designed for exhibitors who want to address both B2B and B2C target groups. Both trade visitors with a Summit ticket and end consumers will have access to the entire area. Exhibitors at Open Space Extended also have access to the Summit and its integrated conference formats.

In contrast to the exhibitor mix in the Summit halls, exhibitors at Open Space Extended are grouped in thematically clustered halls: New Mobility, Bike and Sports Cars as well as Automotive.

The Open Space Extended on the exhibition grounds, including the outdoor area, offers space to accommodate visitors that would not be possible or only with lower capacity in Open Space in the city center.

Benefits of the B2B2C area at the exhibition center

  • All target and interest groups come together – Engage with your specific B2B2C target groups in an exclusive area
  • Clear communicative and conceptual distinction from the Summit
  • Thematic exhibition halls and outdoor areas for brand activities
  • B2B visitors can always visit the entire exhibition center. B2C guests interested in the industry can only visit the B2B2C area during the week and the entire exhibition center at the weekend
  • Open Space Extended & Summit is open for exhibitor press activities on September 6, Press & Media Day
  • High traffic placement due to guided B2B2C visitor guidance
  • Close to outdoor test tracks

Prebuilt stands

In the B2B2C area halls, packages including stand construction can be booked.

These packages allow exhibitors to benefit from discounts on stand rental, no obligations to third parties (e.g. external stand builders), less preparation work on the part of marketing departments, and a significantly reduced financial risk.

We would like to introduce you to the different packages:
