TUV NORD Digital Study 2019 / Services and mobility providers
On the occasion of the IAA, TÜV NORD Mobility presents a market study for the automotive market under the title "Digitalization at the Customer Interface in Automotive Trade and Service". The results of the study are based on a customer and on a dealer survey, which was analysed by the author, Benedikt Meier of the Institute for Automotive Trade. The study is the third in a series that revolves around the topic of 'digitalisation in retail and service'. With the research results, TÜV NORD Mobility wants to equip the partner workshops and car dealerships with digitization expertise for their strategy and everyday work. The automotive journal 'Autohaus' is involved as a cooperation partner.
