Be it working from home, home schooling or online training: the pandemic challenges us to restructure our daily lives – obstacles included. “Zoom fatigue”, missing social interaction, distractions or juggling appointments, own tasks and perhaps even taking care of your child(ren) on top of that can quickly become overwhelming. This often results in dissatisfaction or lack of efficiency and can, at worst, even smash career opportunities.   With our tips we would like to show you ways to bring structure to your daily work routine while also integrating mindfulness and self-care, so you can perform at your best even when working from home.
