You can be accredited online for the IAA. Press accreditation is valid for the entire duration of the trade fair. From Tuesday, September 10, 2019, it will only be possible to obtain accreditation at the exhibition itself. All the relevant information and a link to the accreditation process can be found here: accreditation will start on July 15, 2019.

The exhibitors' press conferences will be held on the Press Days.  A list of press conferences can be found here from July 2019: press conference calendar

On the Press Day, Tuesday, September 10, 2019 and Wednesday, September 11, 2019, the trade show grounds are open from 8:00 to 18:00 h.

The press conferences take place on the exhibition stands. You find a detailed overview here from July 2019.

On the other exhibition days the grounds are open daily from 9:00 to 19:00 h. NEW: On the After Work Day, Friday, September 20, 2019, the exhibition is open from 11:00 to 21:00 h.

Press Parking:

On the two press days (10th and 11th September 2019), accredited journalists can park for free in the Rebstock parking garage; a parking ticket is not required.

There is a shuttle service between the Rebstock parking garage and the Portalhaus-Entrance throughout the entire trade fair.

From September 12, 2019, journalists who park in the Rebstock parking garage or on the Rebstock area can pick up a free exit ticket on presentation of their press accreditation at the press accreditation desk in the CMF.

When using other parking spaces, the parking fee must be paid at the entrance. Accredited journalists will be refunded the parking fee in CMF upon presentation of the parking ticket.
