" Visitors to the IAA can order an aperitif or glass of Winzersekt – the German counterpart to champagne – on the house. A door in the back of the restaurant leads to the semi-hidden sake bar. Here dim lighting, lamps in bondage style, and a massive wooden bar – where the guests sit directly vis-à-vis the barkeepers – create a very intimate atmosphere. The menu here features a carefully selected assortment of sakes, Japanese whiskeys and sake cocktails; for IAA ticket-holders, the first sake is gratis!
