Carolin has been working with the Behavioural Insights Team in London for the past three years and is co-leading the team's transport portfolio and contributing to work in energy and environmental policy. Her work is about providing a better understanding of human behaviour to policy-making, and robustly evaluating the impact of policies and interventions to accelerate the transition to greener mobility. She has worked on topics such as the uptake of electric vehicles, vehicle charging behaviour, and modal shift in collaboration with relevant government departments and other stakeholders from the private and third sectors. Carolin holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance and a Bachelors from Sciences Po Paris.
